You'll just need a few things that you'll likely have at home already: a large bucket or container to dye in, a suitable work space and clothes to wear while you're working with the dye.
We can accept returns if you send the kit back in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. You're responsible for the cost of return postage and we recommend getting proof of postage. Refunds usually take a week once we've received the kit back.
